The Nigerian Cultural Festival is a community cultural heritage festival was created to connect local Nigerian and African communities with the General communities of Royal Borough of Greenwich and UK at Large set up by Nigerian community Greenwich in partnership with Black Female Entrepreneur Greenwich in 2022. This Festival is run by dedicated volunteers who are passionate about their local community and cultural diversity and heritage to bring to the local area and it people. The festival was first launched in Kidbrooke Park with the support of Berkeley Group and has the festival grown and become popular with the support of Peabody it now be celebrated at Thamesmead Gallion Play Park, with the growing cost of living and cut in delivery community projects its very difficult to get funding to run this amazing community cultural heritage festival. But our appreciation goes to our partners and local businesses who has contributed and shown support to Nigerian Cultural Festival. Nigerian Community Greenwich and Black Female Entrepreneur Greenwich call on all organisations, community groups, businesses, stakeholders, funding bodies and other institutions individual to join us in fundraising to keep our community cultural heritage festival alive so that we can continue to deliver this festival and it long lasting legacy running every year.
